Amendment of the Protected Rights (Transfer Payment) Regulations N.I.

24.  In regulation 4(d) of the Protected Rights (Transfer Payment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1996(1) (transfer payments to salary related contracted-out schemes) for “widow or widower” there shall be substituted “widow, widower or surviving civil partner”.
