Amendment of the Personal Pension Schemes (Appropriate Schemes) Regulations N.I.

37.  In regulation 6A of the Personal Pension Schemes (Appropriate Schemes) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1997(1) (provision of information for purposes of contracting-out) for “widow or widower” there shall be substituted “widow, widower or surviving civil partner”.
