4. In regulation 85 (special cases)—
(a)in paragraph (3)(1) for “paragraphs 1 and 17 (persons in residential care or nursing homes who become patients) there shall be substituted “paragraph 1”;
(b)in paragraph (4) the definition of “residential accommodation” shall be omitted, and
(c)paragraphs (5)(2) and (6) shall be omitted.
