The Department of Agriculture and Rural Development1, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Article 16(1) and (2) of the Agriculture and Fisheries (Financial Assistance) (Northern Ireland) Order 19872 and of every other power enabling it in that behalf, and with the approval of the Department of Finance and Personnel, hereby makes the following Scheme:
