Exemption from charges for treatment provided to a member of the forces of the North Atlantic Treaty Organisations
7. Services forming part of health services required for the treatment of a person to whom Article IX(5) of the North Atlantic Treaty Organisation Status of Forces Agreement(1) applies, where such treatment cannot readily be provided by the medical services of the armed forces of his own country or of the United Kingdom, shall be exempt from charges.
