11.  In rule 1 (Citation, commencement and interpretation), in paragraph (2)—

(a) for “(aaa)” substitute “(ab)”; and

(b) after that sub-paragraph insert—

“(ac) “the Act of 2004” means the Civil Partnership Act 2004;”.
