Citation and commencement1
These Regulations may be cited as the Foyle Area and Carlingford Area (Licensing of Fishing Engines) (Amendment) Regulations 2005 and shall come into operation on 1st January 2006.
Amendment of the Foyle Area and Carlingford Area (Licensing of Fishing Engines) Regulations 20012
For the Schedule to the Foyle Area and Carlingford Area (Licensing of Fishing Engines) Regulations 20015 there shall be substituted the Schedule as set out in the Schedule to these Regulations.
Revocation3
The Foyle Area and Carlingford Area (Licensing of Fishing Engines) (Amendment) Regulations 20046 are hereby revoked.
