Connected and associated persons
10. Articles 4 and 7 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989(1) (associated and connected persons) shall be modified in their application for the purposes of Article 40 (restriction on employer-related investments) and these Regulations so that a company shall not be connected with another company solely by reason of one or more of its directors being a director of that other company.
