The Regulation and Improvement Authority (Registration) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005

The Department of Health Social Services and Public Safety, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Articles 12(3), 13(2), 15(1)(d), 16(3), 17, 25 and 48(2) of the Health and Personal Social Services (Quality, Improvement and Regulation) (Northern Ireland) Order 20031, and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:
