These Regulations may be cited as the Social Security (Deferral of Retirement Pensions, Shared Additional Pension and Graduated Retirement Benefit) (Miscellaneous Provisions) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2006 and shall come into operation on 6th April 2006.

In these Regulations “the Claims and Payments Regulations” means the Social Security (Claims and Payments) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 198710.
