Amendment of Schedule 2 to the Superannuation Scheme Regulations3

Schedule 2 (Medical and dental practitioners) shall be amended in accordance with paragraph (2).

In paragraph 105 (Contributions to the Scheme)—
a
in sub-paragraph (3)(b) for the words “is not a special class officer” there shall be substituted “is a special class officer”;
b
in sub-paragraph (9)(a) for the words “regulation 11” there shall be substituted “ regulation 10”.
