Industrial Tribunals (Northern Ireland) Order 1996 N.I.

1.  In Article 6 of the Industrial Tribunals (Northern Ireland) Order 1996(1) (composition of a tribunal), in paragraph (3)(ab), after the words “regulation 15(10) of the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006” there is inserted “or regulation 15(10) of the Service Provision Change (Protection of Employment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2006”. N.I.

Employment Rights (Northern Ireland) Order 1996 N.I.

2.  In each of the following provisions of the Employment Rights (Northern Ireland) Order 1996(2) after the words “regulations 9, 13 and 15 of the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006” there is inserted “or regulations 9, 13 and 15 of the Service Provision Change (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006”— N.I.

(a) Article 70(1)(a) and (1A);

(b) Article 89(1)(a);

(c) Article 134(1)(a) and (2).
