These Regulations may be cited as The Seed Potatoes (Tuber Inspection Fees) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2006 and shall come into operation on 28th August 2006.

In these Regulations:

• “official document” means a document which complies with the requirements set out in Part II of Schedule 4 and which is supplied by or on behalf of either the Department or the authority concerned;

• “official label” shall have the meaning assigned to it in regulation 2 of the Seed Potatoes Regulations (Northern Ireland) 20013;

• “the Seed Potatoes Regulations” refers to the Seed Potatoes Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2001.
