Revocation and Saving
2.—(1) Subject to paragraph (2), the 1985 Regulations are hereby revoked.
(2) Without prejudice to section 28 of the Interpretation Act (Northern Ireland) 1954(1), in relation to a report made or an allegation received under regulation 5(1) of the 1985 Regulations or a charge preferred under regulation 9(3) of those Regulations, in either case before 1st June 2006, those Regulations shall continue to have effect as if these Regulations had not been made.
