Amendments to the 2005 Regulations11
In regulation 19 (Grants for dependants – parents' learning allowance) for paragraph (1) there shall be substituted—

An eligible student shall qualify in connection with his attendance on a designated course for the parents' learning allowance if he has one or more dependants who are dependent children.
