The Industrial Tribunals (Northern Ireland) Order 1996
4. Article 20(1)(a) of the Industrial Tribunals (Northern Ireland) Order 1996(1) (cases where conciliation provisions apply) shall be amended as follows—
(a)at the end of head (iv), omit “or”, and
(b)after head (v), insert—
“or
(vi)regulation 41 of the Employment Equality (Age) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2006.”.
