The Department of Finance and Personnel, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 2(5) of the Lands Tribunal and Compensation Act (Northern Ireland) 19641 and section 18 of the Administrative and Financial Provisions Act (Northern Ireland) 19622 and now vested in it 3 and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, makes the following Order:
