Amendment of paragraph 9 of Part I of Schedule 2: Land treatment N.I.

16.—(1) Delete “and” at the end of sub-paragraph (3)(a).

(2) At the end of sub-paragraph (3)(b) insert—

“; and

(c) in areas to which the Action Programme for Nitrate Vulnerable Zones Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1999(1) apply the treatment shall be carried out in accordance with those Regulations.”.

(3) In sub-paragraph (4) delete from “In this paragraph” to “1949 and”.
