Amendment of the principal Regulations
4.—(1) In regulation 4(1) (Conditions of eligibility) shall be amended as provided by paragraphs (2) and (3).
(2) in paragraph (1D) for “30th April 2007” there shall be substituted “1st August 2007”.
(3) for paragraph (1G) there shall be substituted—
“(1G) Paragraph (1D) shall not apply in the case of a person who would have been eligible for a loan under paragraph (1) before 5th August 2006.”.
