The Adoption of Children from Overseas and Intercountry Adoption (Hague Convention) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2006

The Department of Health, Social Services and Public Safety 1, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 1(1), (3) and (5) of the Adoption (Intercountry Aspects) Act (Northern Ireland) 20012 and Articles 10(1), 16A, and 58ZA of the Adoption (Northern Ireland) Order 1987 3, makes the following Regulations:
