41.—(1) The Regulations specified in Schedule 12 are revoked.
(2) Any step taken before commencement of these Regulations which has effect under any provision of the Producer Responsibility Obligations (Packaging Waste) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1999 shall be treated on or after commencement as having effect under any equilavent provision of these Regulations.
(3) Where the Producer Responsibility Obligations (Packaging Waste) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1999 specified a time period and part of that period had elapsed under those Regulations before revocation of those Regulations, that part of the period shall be treated on commencement as having elapsed under the equivalent provision of these Regulations.
