Amendment of the Social Security (Attendance Allowance) Regulations N.I.

7.  In regulation 2(1) of the Social Security (Attendance Allowance) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1992(1) (conditions as to residence and presence in Northern Ireland) omit from the word “and” after sub-paragraph (a)(iii) to the end.
