The Department of Health, Social Services and Public Safety1, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 3(1)(b) and 57(3) of the Health and Personal Social Services Act (Northern Ireland) 20012 makes the following Order.
In accordance with section 3(4) of that Act it has consulted the Northern Ireland Social Care Council.
