SCHEDULE 6 N.I. Sums to be disregarded in the calculation of income other than earnings

28.  Any payment made to the claimant or his partner for a person (“ the person concerned”), who is not normally a member of the claimant’s household but is temporarily in his care, by— N.I.

(a) a Health and Social Services Board or HSS trust;

(b) a voluntary organisation;

(c) the person concerned pursuant to Article 36(7) of the Health and Personal Social Services Order(1); or

(d) a juvenile justice centre within the meaning of Article 51(1) of the Criminal Justice (Children) (Northern Ireland) Order 1998.
