Amendment of regulation 13 of the AVC Regulations

28.  For regulation 13 of the AVC Regulations (Benefit limits), substitute—

“Benefit limits

13.   Benefits that may be paid under these Regulations shall be limited by reference to a person’s lifetime allowance.”.
