The Food Benefit Schemes (2003 Order) (Commencement) Order (Northern Ireland) 2006

2.— (1) Subject to paragraph (2) the day appointed for the coming into operation of Article 3 of the Food Benefit Schemes (Northern Ireland) Order 2003 shall be 27th November 2006.

(2) Paragraph (1) does not apply in the case of milk supplied in exchange for a milk token before 27th November 2006.]
