Amendment of the Contracting Out (Functions Relating to Child Support) Order
2. In Article 2 of the Contracting Out (Functions Relating to Child Support) Order (Northern Ireland) 2006(1) (contracting out of functions relating to child support)―
(a)in paragraph (1) after “paragraph (2)” insert “or (3),”;
(b)in paragraph (2)―
(i)at the end of sub-paragraph (c) add “or”,
(ii)in sub-paragraph (d) omit “or”, and
(iii)omit sub-paragraph (e);
(c)after paragraph (2) add the following paragraph―
“(3) Paragraph (1) shall not include any function if—
(a)it is a power or right of entry, search or seizure into or of any property; or
(b)it is a power or duty to make subordinate legislation.”.
