The Department of Finance and Personnel makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by Articles 3, 5(1), (2) and (3) of, and paragraphs 2, 6, 9, 13, 16, 17, 18, 21 and 22 of Schedule 1 to the Building Regulations (Northern Ireland) Order 1979(1) and now vested in it(2), and after consultation with the Building Regulations Advisory Committee(3) and such other bodies as appear to be representative of the interests concerned.]
