In regulation 41 (periodic inspection and repeated use)—
a
in paragraphs (1)(a), (2)(a) and (2)(b)(ii) for the words “Schedule 7” there shall be substituted “Part III of Annex IV to the Transportable Pressure Equipment Directive”; and
b
after paragraph (3) there shall be added—

In Part III of Annex IV of the Transportable Pressure Equipment Directive references to “inspection body” shall be read as if they were references to “approved or notified bodies”.
