17. In Part III of Schedule 10 to the Producer Responsibility Obligations (Packaging Waste) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1999(1) (incapacity) in paragraph 21 for the words “to an administration order being made in relation to it” there shall be substituted “entering administration”.
