1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Companies (Audit, Investigations and Community Enterprise) (2005 Order) (Commencement No.1 and Transitional Provision) Order (Northern Ireland) 2006.
(2) In this Order —
“the 1986 Order” means the Companies (Northern Ireland) Order 1986(1); and
“the 2005 Order” means the Companies (Audit, Investigations and Community Enterprise) (Northern Ireland) Order 2005.
2. The day appointed for the coming into operation of the provisions of the 2005 Order set out in the Schedule is 6th April 2006.
3. New Article 317A(2) shall have no effect in relation to provisions made before 19th July 2005 which are not void under old Article 318(3).
