The Department of the Environment makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by Article 4 of The Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) (Northern Ireland) Order 20021.
In accordance with Article 4(7) of that Order the Department has consulted such district councils and other interested bodies or persons as the Department considers appropriate:
