The Official Controls (Animals, Feed and Food) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2007

The Department of Agriculture and Rural Development being designated1 for the purposes of section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 19722 in relation to the common agricultural policy of the European Community, medicinal products and measures in the veterinary and phytosanitary fields for the protection of public health in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972 makes the following Regulations.
