The Board shall provide the Department with such information relevant to the exercise of the Board’s functions under this Part as the Department may, by written notice, require.

The Board shall respond to a request under paragraph (1) within such period as the Department shall specify in its notice under that paragraph, or such longer period as it may in any particular case allow.
