Excluded membership

47.  In Schedule 3 (excluded membership)—

(a) in the Table—

(i) paragraphs 1, 3 and 4 shall be deleted;

(ii) in paragraph 5, in the second column, for the word “36” there shall be substituted “24, 26 to 31 and 33 to 35”.

(b) the notes 3 to 5 shall be deleted.
