Amendment of the Social Security (Working Tax Credit and Child Tax Credit Consequential Amendments) Regulations
5.—(1) The Social Security (Working Tax Credit and Child Tax Credit Consequential Amendments) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2003(1) shall be amended in accordance with paragraphs (2) and (3).
(2) In Schedule 1 (amendments to the Income Support Regulations) omit paragraph 21(d).
(3) In Schedule 2 (amendments to the Jobseeker’s Allowance Regulations) omit paragraph 21(a)(2).
