Citation and commencement1
This Order may be cited as the Social Security (Industrial Injuries) (Dependency) (Permitted Earnings Limits) Order (Northern Ireland) 2007 and shall come into operation on 11th April 2007.
Increase in earnings limits in respect of dependent children and qualifying young persons2
In paragraph 4(4) of Schedule 7 to the Social Security Contributions and Benefits (Northern Ireland) Act 1992—
a
in paragraph (a) for “£175” substitute “£180”; and
b
in paragraph (b) for “£23” and “£175” substitute “£24” and “£180” respectively.
Revocation3
The Social Security (Industrial Injuries) (Dependency) (Permitted Earnings Limits) Order (Northern Ireland) 20063 is revoked.
