Any sum recovered by, received by or repaid to a relevant authority under or by virtue of any provision of these Regulations shall be paid into the Consolidated Fund of Northern Ireland.

All penalties recovered by or for a relevant authority under or by virtue of any provision of these Regulations shall be paid into the Consolidated Fund of Northern Ireland.
