Modification of Part XIII131
Part XII of the Housing Benefit Regulations (payments) shall apply for the purposes of these Regulations as it applies for the purposes of the Housing Benefit Regulations with the modifications set out in the following paragraphs—

as if for “housing benefit”, wherever it occurs, there were substituted “rate relief”;

as if for “dwelling”, wherever it occurs, there were substituted “hereditament”;
