Ending of restrictions N.I.

9.  If the Department confirms that the neuraminidase virus type is not N1 it must—

(a) by declaration, end all movement restriction zones and temporary control zones established; and

(b) end all restrictions in relation to the areas,

imposed under these Regulations.
