Subject to paragraph (2), the registered person shall not pay money belonging to any resident into a bank account unless—
a
the account is in the name of the resident to which the money belongs; and
b
the account is not used by the registered person in connection with the carrying on or management of the residential family centre.

Paragraph (1) does not apply to money which is paid to the registered person in respect of charges payable by a resident for accommodation or other services provided by the registered person at the centre.

The registered person shall ensure a record is kept of persons working at the centre acting as the appointee or agent of a resident.
