PART III N.I. MEANING OF “LATE ENTRY INTO SERVICE VEHICLE” IN PART I

Circumstances in which a vehicle is to be regarded as having been in the territory of a relevant State for the purposes of this Part N.I.

7.  Paragraph 5 in Part II of this Schedule shall have effect for the purposes of paragraph 6(1)(b) as it has effect for the purposes of paragraph 2(2)(d).
