Citation and interpretation

1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Waste (Amendment) (2007 Order) (Commencement No. 1) Order (Northern Ireland) 2007.

(2) In this Order “the 2007 Order” means the Waste (Amendment) (Northern Ireland) Order 2007.

(3) In this Order “the 1997 Order” means the Waste and Contaminated Land (Northern Ireland) Order 1997(1).

Appointed day

2.  The day appointed for the coming into operation of the provisions of the 2007 Order specified in the Schedule shall be 25^th June 2007.
