The Department of Education makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Articles 11(1) and (4) and 43(5) of The Education (Northern Ireland) Order 20061. A draft of the core syllabus specified by this Order complied with the requirements of Article 11(2) of that Order.
