PART II N.I.AMENDMENTS TO THE 1992 ORDER

Consequential Amendments N.I.

11.—(1) The amendments made by Schedule 2 shall have effect.

(2) In the following Orders, that is to say—

(a) the Electricity (Non-Fossil Fuel Sources) Order (Northern Ireland) 1994(1); and

(b) the Electricity (Non-Fossil Fuel Sources) Order (Northern Ireland) 1996(2),

in relation to any period after this regulation comes into effect any reference to Northern Ireland Electricity plc shall be construed as a reference to NIE Energy Ltd.
