Commencement
2.—(1) Subject to paragraphs (2), (3) and (4), these Regulations shall come into operation on 20th August 2007.
(2) Regulation 5(12)(b) shall come into operation on 1st September 2007.
(3) The following regulations shall come into operation on 1st January 2008—
(a)regulation 4(3);
(b)regulation 5(6)(e);
(c)regulation 5(8);
(d)regulation 5(12)(a);
(e)regulation 5(13) to (14).
(4) The following regulations shall come into operation on 1st February 2008—
(a)regulation 5(10) to (11);
(b)regulation 5(15).
