The following provisions (which, by virtue of section 27(6) of the Northern Ireland (St Andrews Agreement) Act 2006, are to come into force in accordance with provision made by an order under section 19(2) of the Police (Northern Ireland) Act 2003) shall come into force on 4th September 2007—
a
section 20(2) of the Northern Ireland (St Andrews Agreement) Act 2006 (district policing partnerships: Belfast sub-groups);
b
Schedule 9 to that Act (district policing partnerships: Belfast sub-groups).
