Modification of Acts and the Jobseekers (Northern Ireland) Order 1995I12
The Social Security Administration (Northern Ireland) Act 1992, the Social Security Contributions and Benefits (Northern Ireland) Act 19922 and the Jobseekers (Northern Ireland) Order 19953 are modified to such extent as may be required to give effect to the provisions contained in the Convention set out in Schedule 1, as amended by the Exchange of Notes set out in Schedule 2, so far as those provisions relate to Northern Ireland.
