Consequential amendments
6. Regulations 2, 4 and 5 shall not apply where the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 1981(1) continue to have application by virtue of regulation 21 of the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006(2).
