3.—(1) Regulations 4 to 7 and 9 to 12 of The Export Restrictions (Foot-and-Mouth Disease) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2007(1) are hereby revoked.
(2) The Export Restrictions (Foot-and-Mouth Disease) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2007, except insofar as revoked by paragraph (1) shall be revoked on 31st December 2007.
